The name KAINO AVINYAS is a portmonteau of Kaino and Avinya. KAINO is Greek word which have multiple dimensions which encompasses “Transformational and renewal” ,Qualitative newness” “Novel” when coupled with Sanskrit word Avinya which means “INNOVATION” “Fortune and related to creation of advancement that include technology and Innovations.
Kaino Avinyas Private Limited was incorporated on 20th September 2024 under the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) with Corporate Identity Number (CIN) - U72100KA2024PTC193123. The start-up is incubated at the Yenepoya Technology Incubator (YTI). The start- up was founded by Dr. Muhammad Nasir Ahmad, Dr. Vina Vaswani, Dr. Sudheer Shenoy and Ms. Aparna Sajeevan.
